So, pretty much as long as you're not sending cash in an envelope, we're good! eChecks do take about 10 days to clear before items are shipped. If you would like to call in your credit card that is fine also. We just want to make that crystal clear because when you go to check out(if you are paying with a card) you'll be transported to a PayPal page. PayPal is the processor - all they do is collect the credit/debit card info and process it for BlueSky Rocket. It is VERY secure.
They DO NOT require you to sign up for an account with them.  However, if you choose to, it's a great thing to have because some stores do require you to have an account.  
 
 
 

What is your return policy? TOP

In a nutshell- our return policy is simple.

Change your mind? If you wish to return an item for ANY reason (EXCLUDING personalized items) do the following:
  • contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know you need to make a return- specify if you need a refund or if you need to exchange (for a different size, color, etc.) You MUST contact us before returning your item in order to receive your refund/exchange.
  • mail back your item(s) in the original packaging - the item(s) has to be in the same condition it was sent in (no tags/stickers/other forms of brand id removed, nothing worn/laundered, nothing broken or altered in anyway, etc). It is a good idea to obtain insurance on the return package to protect yourself from loss.
  • upon our receipt of the package (within the specified time frame), as long as everything checks out (according to the above 2 steps) your refund/exchange will be processed immediately - We refund your entire purchase MINUS shipping. The return postage is also the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged merchandise (see below) or a packing error on our part. If it is an exchange that you desire & we do not have the item in the size/color you want to exchange for, we will do a refund.
Did we mess up & send the wrong thing?  Or does the item appear to have been damaged in the mail?
  • First off, we are truly sorry! We are dedicated to satisfying our customers - so this is an easy one- just contact us to let us know what happened (as soon as possible - within 30 days of the day you receive the package)
  • After we are notified, you need to send the item(s) back in the original packaging (this is so we can assess the damage & deal with the post office if it was damaged in the mail) ** if damaged in the mail, the original packaging is very important for us to receive - so PLEASE make sure to keep the box it came in and if possible the packing materials. **if we sent you the wrong item, the original packaging is not as important - just make sure you package the returnable item well so it doesn't get damaged - please also mark the package FRAGILE to insure the USPS handles it with care. 
  • As long as the item is received within the 30 day time frame specified above you will receive a refund in FULL INCLUDING SHIPPING BOTH WAYS (the shipping you paid to receive the item and the shipping you paid to ship it back to us)... Or if you received the wrong item, the right one will be shipped to you.
OFFI & CO. PRODUCTS- these products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer has guidelines and policies that should be noted when purchasing their products:
 
Cancellations, Charges and Returns

Must be requested in email form to info@blueskyrocket. We will then start the process through Offi. You will be notified of your authorization to return your item to them, however do not do so before we notify you of the factory's consent. (Otherwise the return will be voided). Authorized returns are subject to Offi's shipping instructions (which you will receive upon authorization) and a restocking charge of 21% will be applied. Changes are subject to Offi's ability to comply and cancellations on any custom orders are not allowed.

Freight Damage and Claims

Neither BlueSkyRocket.com or Offi & Company will not be responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. Inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any visible damage to either the carton or crate, note it on the Bill of Lading before you sign it. Your claim is with the carrier. Products are shipped FOB origin, and once in transit, title passes to the buyer whom is responsible for resolving any transit-related issue. Therefore, if shipment is received damaged, buyer must both file a claim and look to carrier for adjustment and our invoice in all its conditions falls due as rendered. BlueSkyRocket/Offi will assist in resolution on your behalf with all preferred carriers.

The following suggestions may assist buyers in handling freight claims:

  • In the event of obvious damage, note damage on both copies of the freight bill and ask the driver to sign both copies.
  • Note any excessive wear, damage or handling marks on cartons, especially if cartons appear to have been dropped, and follow written handling instructions on cartons.
  • Report concealed damage to carrier as quickly as possible.
  • Request that the carrier send an inspector immediately.
  • Retain all cartons and packing materials.
  • Do not move the damaged goods to a new location.
  • Read an inspection report carefully and sign it only if it is accurate and fair.
  • Discrepancies not due to transit damage must be reported to BlueSkyRocket.com at once, and digital images will be requested.
Sweet Mady's Paper (Custom Printed Paper Goods):
These products are shipped directly from Sweet Mady's Paper (since they are custom items). Please read below for information on all items by Sweet Mady's Paper. turnaround time and return info:
  • Once you place your order for Sweet Mady's Paper items, you will receive a proof by email in 1-3 business days. Upon receiving your proof, please review names, dates, spelling, etc. for any revisions that need to be made.
  • Once we receive your proof approval, your order will be completed in 5-7 business days. This does not include shipping time. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.
  • Please keep in mind that all computer monitors read colors differently, and there is a chance that the colors you view on your particular monitor will vary slightly from the printed ones you receive.
  • Sweet Mady's Paper believes that we provide the highest quality card for your occasion. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
  • Once processing an order has begun and the final proof has received customer approval, no requests for cancellation can be accepted. Please remember to review your proofs carefully before giving final approval. No refunds or returns will be accepted due to customer error.
  • In the case of a mistake by Sweet Mady's, we will offer you a 100% refund or a complete reprint at our expense. Please contact us at info@blueskyrocket.com within 7 business days to initiate a return. When we receive your product back within 14 business days, we will process your refund or credit.

What Shipping Method do you use?
  • We ship all items that will come from blueskyrocket USPS Priority Mail most of the time. Many of the items for sale on BSR.com will be shipped directly from the artist/designer. Those packages may sometimes be shipped First Class. Tyvek envelopes, sturdy boxes, packing peanuts and any other type of protective wrap we can cram in there will hopefully protect your items from getting damaged in the mail. *If damage occurs, email us immediately and save that packaging material! See our return policy for info.*
  • Some of our products are shipped directly from the designers/manufacturers. Every effort is made to insure that your item will come the fastest method possible, however sometimes these individuals might ship First Class.
